With our breadth of knowledge and expertise in the residential sector, we are also able to adapt our engineering and drafting skills to the private sector to aid with extensions, renovations and structural inspections for homeowners and prospective homeowners.
Ecotech Engineers Ltd is led by Laura Holland. Laura has been chartered with the Institute of Civil Engineers since 2018 with experience in structural engineering for the light industrial and residential sector. Laura established Ecotech Engineers Ltd in 2020 and has enjoyed undertaking the challenge of setting up and running her own consultancy.
Although they are a Chesterfield based company, work is predominantly with national housebuilders operating further south across the Midlands down to Milton Keynes, and spanning from the East to West Coasts. Over the next 12 months Ecotech are taking steps to expand their network of housebuilders, developers and construction companies in the Yorkshire and Derbyshire regions. This will help their increase brand awareness locally and support plans to attract local talent.
Laura Holland, when asked about basing business in Chesterfield said:
“There is a great element of positivity and support for all businesses in Chesterfield, it always feels like businesses are trying to support each other and help to promote the area rather than compete to be the best.”
