Sheepbridge Lane will be a speculatively developed scheme by Coverland UK Ltd with a view to providing circa 65,000 sq ft of much needed industrial / business accommodation, bringing new life to a historic, well-known estate.
The site is situated in the heart of Sheepbridge – offering excellent transport links across Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and out to the M1 corridor which will appeal to a multitude of end users.
The development value will total around £8m, and consists of four plots providing a mix of unit sizes with yards. The plots are set out to provide:
- Plot A – Five light industrial business units which range from 2,500 – 4,000 sq ft. Units can be combined.
- Plot B – 30,000 sq ft self-contained premises within a secure yard.
- Plot C – Two semi-detached trade units compromising 6,000 sq ft each with options to combine.
- Plot D – Three light industrial / trade counter units with good prominence to Sheepbridge Lane, each providing 2,250 sq ft.
