Pinewood Property Estates opened its first office in Chesterfield at the beginning of 2004 and has grown from strength to strength since then, now extending to over 14 additional members of staff at the Chesterfield branch.
The office based director, Stacey Davies-Bowler, boasts a wealth of experience in the area, having been a landlord and developer for over 25 years, thus offering unparalleled advice on all matters of the property letting, sales, purchasing and development process, more importantly the high level of local knowledge needed, giving him the ability to value property with confidence and the ongoing management with excellence.
From day one, Pinewood had a set idea of what they wanted to achieve. The team has always believed that the single most vital ingredient to making the company successful is customer service, with constant and never-ending improvement. So, from the beginning, Pinewood set out to make sure it offers the highest quality brochures, the latest technology, friendly contact with all clients providing a personal touch and as much advertising as is needed to name just a few.
As NAEA and ARLA registered Estate Agents all staff undergo NAEA and ARLA training, the majority live locally as well as some being landlords themselves, which means they can also offer a more detailed description of the neighbourhood and their surroundings, which is imperative in this industry as you deal with people who are unfamiliar with the area.
Pinewood have also been selected as members of The Federation of Independent Agents, there is only one agent in each town or city selected and it is purely based on the agents performance and ethos within the sector, but being members means that we have the support of like-minded agents and access to a national market.
