What is an Apprenticeship Ambassador?
The aim of the Chesterfield Apprenticeship Ambassador Network is to help raise awareness of Apprenticeships and increase apprenticeship participation in Chesterfield.
Local businesses, depending on their size and capacity, can join the network as either an Ambassador or as an Advocate.
By becoming an Apprenticeship Ambassador, businesses are helping to promote Chesterfield as an Apprentice Town and raising awareness of apprenticeships and their benefits to strengthen the workforce of the local economy.
A number of local organisations including Ashgate Hospicecare, arvato and Ferdinand Bilstein have already signed up as Apprentice Ambassadors.
There are a range of benefits of becoming part of the network including promotion in Apprentice Town media distributed across the region and involvement in events promoting apprenticeships in Chesterfield.
