Essential Site Skills is an award-winning nationwide training provider that provides employers and learners with the opportunity to develop and enhance new or existing team members via a Level 3 Apprenticeship programme, one that really supports the learner and their organisation to combine both their work and study in blending both on-and-off-the-job training, allowing learners the ability to apply their new knowledge in a meaningful and impactful manner for their business. Level 3 Business Administration Trailblazer
Level 3 Management Trailblazer (Team Leader/Supervisor)
Not only do they include the new Apprenticeship Standard, but they also offer the “added-value” qualification of completing the ILM Level 3 Diploma for Managers (Management Trailblazer) or the City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma for the Business Administrator (Business Administration Trailblazer) covering areas such as, Leading & Managing People, Personal and Professional Development, Managing Performance, Communication, Project Management and Finance to name but a few.
