Festival of Archaeology
If you’re interested in the Festival of Archaeology then you’re in luck – Hardwick Hall will host the closing event of this year’s festival!
This fun-filled day celebrates archaeology & community through hands-on and inspiring activities.
There will be talks and activities exploring the history of the area. Plus, inside the festival marquee you can explore the work of the many local archaeology and heritage community organisations.

The event will be free, but standard admission charges will apply to go into Hardwick Hall and the formal gardens.
