Lee Ashley is one of the owners and the branch manager and has lived and worked in Chesterfield all his life.
“Starting a businesses in Chesterfield was something I had in mind for years but finally took the plunge in July 2014 with my wife (Kirsty Ashley) to make our vision a reality.
“Chesterfield really is a bright, up and coming place to live and work and is full of colourful characters! I like helping people and finding candidates new roles brings a broad smile to my face.”
Lee added: “ We went with the name Spire Recruitment to build up that connection with Chesterfield and hopefully people and businesses will pick up on that. I personally chose the company colour blue as that is the colour the Spireites (Chesterfield FC) wear at home football matches.
“Chesterfield as a town really is buzzing at the moment and it’s a privilege to be part of it, long may it continue.”
