Redbrik shortlisted for flurry of top estate agency awards

Redbrik Estate Agents has been shortlisted for a number of top industry awards as the firm celebrates further growth and success.

The company has been shortlisted for Best Large Estate Agent at the Yorkshire Residential Real Estate Awards, as well as nominated in four categories at The Negotiator Awards.

The categories include Employer of the Year; Property Management Department of the Year and New Homes Specialists, with Land and New Homes Manager Emma Liversidge shortlisted as Rising Star of the Year.

It comes after Redbrik introduced their revolutionary new service, SecureMove™, at the end of last year.

SecureMove™ is an industry-leading process designed to minimise fall-throughs, speed up sales and provide more certainty to both buyers and sellers by legally preparing properties for sale before they go on the market.

Managing Director at Redbrik, Mark Ross, said: “We are absolutely delighted to be nominated for so many incredible awards and I would like to thank the entire team for their hard work and dedication.

“This is our tenth year in business and we have achieved so much in that time. Since introducing Securemove™ last November, we have seen some fantastic results. We have successfully cut down completion times from the industry’s average of 150-180 days to an impressive 69 days, and on average, we are contract-ready in just 59 days. We have also seen our fall-through rates plummet to just 11 per cent, bucking the national trend.

“It is amazing to be recognised for the innovative and dynamic processes that set us apart from other agents, as well as the outstanding level of talent we have cultivated within the company.”

This year has seen Redbrik complete its 9,000th sale, make two new appointments to its board of Directors and grow to more than 60 employees across four offices operating in Sheffield and Chesterfield, as well as working hard to make changes which revolutionise the industry.

A Chesterfield Estate agency has once again been recognised as one of the best in the UK, achieving the prestigious ESTAS ‘Standard of Excellence’ for the fifth year in a row.

Pinewood Property Estates has recieved the accolade based on the service ratings they achieved via customer reviews, submitted to the ESTAS review platform.

The reviews have been completed at the end of the moving experience, and ESTAS monitors service ratings over a 12 month period. It gives a highly accurate overview of the standard of service that has been delivered to customers.

The ESTAS ‘Standard of Excellence’ provides a kitemark, demonstrating the consistent service performance of every firm that has been shortlisted in 2023.

The ESTAS Awards honour the best agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers in the UK. The awards are powered by the ESTAS online customer review platform, which enables property professionals to demonstrate the customer service standards they deliver for their clients.

ESTAS strict verification process ensures reviews are genuine. This year’s shortlist has been calculated following the evaluation of 300,000 customer review ratings.

The regional and national winners will be announced in October at the prestigious annual ESTAS ceremony held in London.  The awards will be presented by the UK’s favourite property expert Phil Spencer in front of 1,200 of the UK’s top property professionals.

Spencer said: “The ESTAS Awards are based on real feedback, from real clients experiencing real service so they provide genuine proof of the service levels that a firm is delivering to clients. Now more than ever, high quality customer service is crucial if home movers are going to realise their dream of getting the property they set their hearts on.”

Simon Brown, founder of ESTAS says: “At ESTAS we’re creating a community for best practice property professionals who all share a passion for delivering great service and a belief that service really does matter.”

Pinewood Managing Director, Stacey Davies-Bowler said “Once again we find ourselves shortlisted for these prestigious awards for the 5th year running, I have to pinch myself each time this happens and each time we come away with silverware. Chesterfield Estate Agent completes move to The Glassyard

A Chesterfield estate agent has announced a move to The Glassyard, building on a successful 12 years of trading in the town.

Lime Living has moved into the new development on Sheffield Road, which provides the company with a modern and accessible environment for staff and customers.

Jamie Wajs, Managing Director at Lime Living explained how the move came about: “Following the pandemic and the changes in the day to day working & social habits, we started to look around the town for new premises that combined a modern & vibrant, accessible work / social environment.

“From initially viewing the units during the build phase and working out the viability of such a move, every time we popped down to the Glass Yard we got a great feeling about the development and that this was ticking the boxes, not just for us as a business but also for our staff and clients.

“We are surrounded by an array of independent businesses, professional services and a fantastic food & drink hall, all of which receive a good level of footfall and along with the ample parking, provides further exposure for our business.

Jamie went on to explain how being located in Chesterfield has enabled the company to go from strength-to-strength: “Recent growth is very much helped by Chesterfield currently going through the biggest new home building scheme for many years and this is not just good for our business and our industry, but for the town as a whole.

“We are seeing an upward curve in demand to live in and around the town, with many buyers either moving back to the area, or drawn in by the connectivity to other towns & cities, property prices although increasing remain lower than desirable areas of the cities; easy access to the Peak District also is a big draw.”

Redbrik named one of the best estate agents in the country at Best Estate Agent Guide

Redbrik has been named one of the top estate agents in the country, receiving the Gold Award for both Sales and Lettings in the Best Estate Agent Guide.

Over 15,000 estate agencies are included in the assessment conducted by the Property Academy and supported by the property portal, Rightmove. Very few agents receive the gold award for both Sales and Lettings services, and Redbrik is one of the only agents in our region to achieve this accolade.

The Best Estate Agent Guide is judged by an independent research team, creating and analysing over three billion data points, making it the biggest assessment of any industry.

Each branch of every agent in the UK is scored against a unique set of criteria looking at property marketing, customer service and results – which consumers consider to be among the most important criteria when selecting which agent to sell or let their property.

These are determined following a survey of 30,000 buyers, sellers, landlords and renters. The assessment uses a combination of data analysis, mystery shopping and a website review to identify the best agencies in the country.

Redbrik Managing Director, Mark Ross, said: “These awards follow a rigorous and independent assessment, and we are thrilled to have been recognised as among the best in the country.

“This is our fifth consecutive year being featured in the Best Estate Agent Guide. The guide has accredited us every year since it began, and we could not be prouder of how hard we have worked to receive the Gold Award in both categories this year.”

This year’s Best Estate Agent Guide results were announced on Wednesday 3rd November when 1,500 of the leading estate and letting agents and suppliers from across the UK gathered for the country’s most significant estate agency event, the EA Masters.

Peter Knight, Founder of the Property Academy, added: “We set out to provide the home mover with a reliable resource to help identify the best estate agent in each area, whether someone is looking to sell or let a property. Only the best branches make it into the Best Estate Agent Guide, and only the very best agencies have been recognised with an award.”

Home movers and landlords can search for the estate and letting agents that made the grade in their area by visiting bestestateagentguide.co.uk.
